Dr. Jon Larson
head Counselor, EdD, MS, LCPC, CRC, BCPC
Dr. Larson has over 20 years of experience providing psychiatric rehabilitation services and teaching therapy skills to practitioners and students.
As an Associate Professor of Psychology at Illinois Institute of Technology, Dr. Larson specializes in research of vocational psychiatric rehabilitation, mental illness stigma, psychiatric rehabilitation services for Veterans, motivational interviewing, burnout, practitioner factors influencing outcomes, and EEG/pEMF outcomes research.
As the Head Counselor, Dr. Larson works with each of our clients individually, conducts group therapy sessions, and directs the service needs of our client-base.

Sandi Larson
president
Sandi Larson has over 30 years of experience working in social services, specializing in group homes and work programs for adults with developmental disabilities, including direct caregiving.
As President for NICS of IL, Sandi handles all operations, accounting, and goals for our family business.
